Open Systems Announces Release of OSAS Contractors’ Job Cost
July 31, 2008 - Minneapolis, MN – Open Systems, Inc., a single-source provider of business management and accounting software for mid-sized companies, today announced the release of OSAS Contractors’ Job Cost (CJC) version 7.52.
CJC helps construction businesses control costs with accurate accounting and reporting. The application is designed for contractors requiring labor, material, and overhead cost breakdowns; certified payroll; and a choice of billing formats.
“OSAS CJC version 7.52 brings several enhancements to the application,” said Open Systems VP of Sales Paul Lundquist. “With the touch of a button, users can simplify their work by drilling down to transaction, detail, and payment history to find relevant data quickly and to see source transactions. They’ll also save time with the ability to set up and maintain a default retainage percentage by vendor.”
In addition to the CJC application, this release includes the OSAS 7.52 versions of Banking for electronic banking needs; Enhanced Payroll Tax Reporting for printing or electronically filing state and federal reports; Info-Alert for up-to-the-minute, automated alerts; and OSAS Web B2B, an Internet interface to OSAS data.
